Buffalo Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts...who likes them? Why would you eat them? I used to be that person who asked those questions. I didn’t understand why people ate brussels sprouts. They looked like a mini head of lettuce and at the time, I didn’t like salad (that has changed).  I am not sure why I decided to start eating them. But, I recently became a fan of them. I mean I won’t eat them raw, boiled, or plain, but roasted with lots of spices and seasonings, they are surprisingly pretty great.  They are the best when they are crispy (like chips) and full of flavor. Buffalo roasted brussels sprouts are my favorite way to make them. I have also tried BBQ and balsamic sauce to coat them. What are your favorite ways to eat them? Why I Want to Blog

  Here we go! I’ve got my Raspberry Zinger tea. I am going to do this...I can do this! Blog writing can’t be that hard, right? Throughout my week, I read a lot of blogs to learn things; how to make a particular food, how others did their DIY project, or other tips and tricks on living a Christian life. As the new year rolled around, I got to thinking, “Could I blog?”, “Do I have something worthwhile to share with others?”, “Why would I want to blog?”. Have you ever asked yourself these questions too? I thought of a few reasons as to why I want to blog and even thought about potential blog posts. Ideas were flowing. I shared the idea of blogging with a few friends and they expressed they would be interested in reading what I post. Great, I thought. It shouldn’t be that hard. I can do this.
