Buffalo Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Brussel Sprouts...who likes them? Why would you eat them? I used to be that person who asked those questions. I didn’t understand why people ate brussels sprouts. They looked like a mini head of lettuce and at the time, I didn’t like salad (that has changed). I am not sure why I decided to start eating them. But, I recently became a fan of them. I mean I won’t eat them raw, boiled, or plain, but roasted with lots of spices and seasonings, they are surprisingly pretty great. They are the best when they are crispy (like chips) and full of flavor. Buffalo roasted brussels sprouts are my favorite way to make them. I have also tried BBQ and balsamic sauce to coat them. What are your favorite ways to eat them?
